Day 2 | NEGOMBO TO ANURADHAPURA
Early morning rides to The Fish Market in Negombo. The Negombo Fish Market is the second largest fish market in the island. The local people call it “Lellama”. The fish market situated near the Old Dutch gate and held every day except Sunday. High numbers of people reach here for seeing, purchasing, and selling the fishes taken from the deep sea by the local fishermen wearing variety of colored clothes. The shouting becomes unbearable as the day fades. Nevertheless, this is one place that people can see heap of fishes in many varieties at one place which may be amazing sights for many people local and foreign. Return to the hotel for breakfast. Day 3 | ANURADHAPURA TO SIGIRIYA
After Breakfast cycle to Anuradhapura and sightseeing tour of the Ancient capital of Anuradhapura (UNESCO)Visit the ruins of the first capital founded in the 05th Century BC here is found the largest number of ancient monuments of a great civilization. Buddhism found its first real home in Sri Lanka at Anuradhapura, and it thus contains some of Sri Lankan Buddhism’s most sacred sites. The “Sri Maha Bodhi tree in Anuradhapura, planted from a cutting from the original “Bo Tree” under which the Buddha received enlightenment, continue to draw thousands of Buddhist pilgrims from around the world. Day 4 | SIGIRIYA
After breakfast leave on bicycles through Augandawa Village, visit the local temple and evoke blessings from the priest. Visit a villager’s house and enjoy a warm herbal drink (with Sri Lankan short eats) or a king coconut. Ride through the village passing paddy fields and Chena cultivations. Thereafter cooking demonstration and lunch at SigiriyaJungles. Evening enjoy 01hour local arrack cocktail in the Garden.

Day 5 | SIGIRIYA to KANDY
Breakfast at the hotel and cycle to Sigiriya and visit Sigiriya Rock Fortress. Sigiriya Rock Fortress (UNESCO World Heritage Site) which is known as the 8th wonder of the world. This rock fortress was built by King Kasyapa in the 5th century A.D. and was a royal citadel for more than 18 years. Thereafter ride to Matale. (Aprox 50Kms, ascending 184 meters) Refreshment stop at Naula. (King Coconut) Lunch at Spice garden in Matale. Thereafter proceed to Kandy by coach. Check in to the hotel. Late afternoon, saunter around the Kandy Lake, the atmosphere alone will intrigue you to spend a few moments here. Evening visit the Temple of the Tooth Relic of the Buddha, the founder of Buddhism. After breakfast, enjoyshort Train ride from Peradeniya to Gampola railway station. It is a chance for you to mingle with the local people. Pick up from Gampola and cycle to Nuwara Eliya via Tawalantenna. (Aprox. 63Kms, ascending 1468 meters). En Route set on a sightseeing tour, the road to Hill country takes through the tea plantations. If you are in the mood you can stop on the way to mingle with the locals, to participate in tea plucking or just to enjoy the beautiful sights. Visit to a Tea Plantation and factory. Day 9 | MIRISSA TO COLOMBO
After Breakfast proceed to Galle and visit Galle Fort and Dutch Town. Galle Fort was first built by the Portuguese in the 16th century and then modified by the Dutch during the 17th century. During this time the fort became Sri Lanka’s main port and center of trade and commerce among the Persians, Arabians, Greeks, Romans, Malays and Indians. The Galle Fort is one of the best preserved examples of 17th century colonial fortifications in the world and is on the UNESCO list of world monuments. Lunch at local restaurant. After lunch proceed to Colombo by coach. En route, sightseeing of the Commercial Capital of Sri Lanka. Your afternoon tour of this colorful city will take you from its noisy bazaars to its fashionable residential area passing places where Grand Colonial era buildings stand alongside modern office structures. The diversity of religion, ethnicity and customs of the people in this city becomes very evident.
