Santani Resort & Spa is located on a former tea estate surrounded by paddyfields, just 1.5 hours from the Kandy city. The unique 48 acre property leads to the Hunnasgiriya mountain range, and the Knuckles mountain range, a Unesco world heritage site. The rooms are made of glass wales to provide an unhindered view of the lush vegetation surrounding the area.
There is no menu in the restaurants, instead the chiefs propose a menu based on the preferences of each individual guest. Food is made using the organic vegetables grown in the property.
